Refunds

When we pay money back, and how to ask. Cancelling is always yours to do, at any time, from your account.

The short version

  • Cancel any time from Plan and billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for.
  • Payments are not refunded as standard, and the unused part of a period is not paid back.
  • We do refund when the mistake is ours: a charge made twice, a charge after your cancellation had taken effect, or a fault on our side that stopped the service working and that we could not fix.
  • A refund cancels any partner commission on that sale.

How a refund is paid

An approved refund goes back to the card it came from, through Stripe. It usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days.

Before a card dispute

Please talk to us first: most problems are sorted within a working day. While a card dispute is open, the account can be paused.
